Bonus: difference between baking soda and baking powder

The difference between baking soda and baking powder is that baking soda is just sodium bicarbonate while baking powder is sodium bicarbonate, and calcium acid phosphate, sodium aluminum and starch, which gives baking powder leavening capabilities by itself.
